Accor Hospitality Middle East added two new ibis hotels to its growing Middle East portfolio with the opening of ibis Amman in Jordan and ibis Muscat in Oman.

ibis Amman, Jordan’s first internationally branded economy hotel, and ibis Muscat, the first Accor hotel in Oman have welcomed their first guests recently.

The opening of the two new hotels is an integral part of Accor’s regional development pipeline of operating 45 hotels by 2011. This move is also aligned with the company’s long-standing partnership with Kuwait-based Action Hotels Company, which is committed on growing the ibis network in the Middle East region.

ibis Amman features 158 perfectly equipped en-suite rooms, while ibis Muscat has 171 modern rooms. Guests can relax at the large double-beds, and enjoy the convenience of high speed wireless internet connection (WIFI), LCD flat-screen TVs and direct-dial phones.

To illustrate ibis’ commitment to provide the best service, both hotels are dedicated to the “15-minute Satisfaction Guarantee” which is a unique example of how demanding the ibis approach is. If a guest tells the hotel staff about a problem that falls under the hotel’s responsibility, the hotel team gives itself 15 minutes to find a solution, and this applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Otherwise, the guest’s room is on the hotel.
