Rotana_Dubai-salmonjpgThe cocktail reception was held to officially open the exciting dining promotion which will showcase the finest dishes made from authentic Scottish Salmon, personally chosen and hand-picked by Al Bustan Rotana’s Executive Chef Christophe Prud’homme during a recent fishing trip to Scotland. From 25th – 30th October, five dining outlets of the hotel including Choices, Benihana, Rodeo Grill, Aquarius and Gazebo will present the special salmon menu to all diners. On Wednesday, October 28th, Rodeo Grill will also offer a classy dining experience featuring a Salmon and Johnny Walker paired dinner which guests can enjoy for only AED 295* per person. Finally on Friday, October 30th, an extenisve display of salmon dishes will take centre stage at the Choices Global Friday Brunch.
