The second exclusive networking event for F&B heads based in UAE held at Pullman hotel Mall of the Emirates, organized by Hozpitality Group, Dubai was a great success. Over 100 top Food and Beverage heads attended the event making the brand new Pullman Hotel a star host of the evening.

Mr. Irfan Mirza, Sr. Trainer, DTCM training solutions, presented DTCM’s views on Food and Beverage best practices. Among the other guest speakers at the event were Mr. Laurent Chaudet, GM, Pullman hotel MOE, Mr. Cajetan Araujo, Director of F&B, Fairmont Dubai and Chef Mark Patten, VP- Culinary, Atlantis the Palm.

In a couple of months we are also launching in Canada and India. The future looks very bright to us and we are working hard, Mr. Bhatt added.
