DUKES LONDON, a five-star boutique hotel owned and managed by Dubai-based hospitality and real estate investment company Seven Tides, has won the World’s Ultimate Service Award in Hospitality at the recent World Travel Awards 2012 ceremony held in Doha in Qatar.

Nominations for the World Travel Awards 2012 featured more than 5,000 companies in 1,000 categories across 162 countries. Some of the categories included the worlds leading airline, the worlds leading destination and the worlds leading cruise line with the winners being selected by more than 210,000 industry professional and consumers worldwide.
To win the award, DUKES LONDON was inspected by an anonymous group of industry experts, on a number of occasions, looking closely at quality of service, standards, guest satisfaction, product innovation and business acumen.
The award comes just four months after DUKES LONDON was voted England’s Leading Boutique Hotel at last year’s World Travel Awards held in Antalya in Turkey.
Earlier in January the hotel also strengthened its marketing position by joining Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH).
