Raffles Dubai announced the appointment of Hichem Ben Amor as Director of Food & Beverage. Hichem brings over 15 years of hospitality experience, working in some of the most prestigious hotels in Europe, North Africa, Asia and the Gulf.
His hospitality journey began in 1996 in Tunisia, in the Food & Beverage Department in Khamsa Cohrinthia Hotel and The Residence Tunis Hotel.
He later joined Burj Al Arab in Dubai and was part of the pre-opening team in 1999. Working 10 years with Ritz Carlton Hotels, Hichem has gained an extensive experience in hotel openings and developed his Food & Beverage career in Doha, Jakarta, Moscow and Dubai. His last position was Operations Manager at The Pearl Qatar in Doha where he spent two years developing new Food & Beverage concepts.
Hichem embraces the exciting new opportunities at Raffles Dubai and looks forward to continuing the ongoing success of this well-established hotel.
