Rotana the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa has achieved yet another significant milestone in its’ enviable history for its Human Resources initiatives by winning three awards at the inaugural Middle East HR Leaders Awards, which took place recently on the occasion of Careers UAE at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The HR Leaders Awards are designed to honour and reward the achievements of the very best in exemplary leadership and sustainable development in HR functions and practices. The award supports the Government’s call for “Putting People First” and gives due recognition to important achievements in the field of human capital management.

Rotana won two awards at the event;
1. Best Nationalisation Initiative in the Private Sector – for its Duroob Programme which is Rotana’s Emiratisation Programme, exemplifying the company’s commitment to providing GCC nationals with challenging career opportunities.
2. Best Leadership Development Award – for its TAROT (The Accelerated Refinement of Talent) and LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development) programmes.
Furthermore, Al Bustan Rotana, Dubai was awarded the Best Work Life Balance Practices Award.
