Leaders of the world’s most successful consumer goods companies are united to collaborate on a vision for sustainable retail growth.
The CEOs gathered at the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) annual Global Summit, which took place in Haliç Congress Center Istanbul, 20th to 22nd June 2012. The overarching theme for the event is “The Gateway to Retail Growth”
Over the three days, members gained actionable insights on the drivers of economic growth and develop greater understanding of tomorrow’s consumer trends. Speakers included some of the most influential names in the industry. This includes Muhtar Kent, Chairman & CEO, The Coca-Cola Company; Paul Bulcke, CEO, Nestle S.A; Gregory D Wasson, President & CEO, Walgreen; Marc Bolland, Chief Executive, Marks & Spencer and Philip Clarke, CEO, Tesco. A keynote opening address will also be given by President of the Republic of Turkey, H.E Abdullah Gül.
