AVIAREPS, the global leader in tourism and airline representation, consolidated its position as a leading tourism, destination and aviation representation company within Italy today with the official integration of Adam Integrated Communications into the AVIAREPS fold. Together with the AVIAREPS Milan-based office, the newly launched AVIAREPS Adam Communications, which was launched today at a press conference held at Palazzo dei Giureconsulti in Milan, will provide greater scope and expertise for domestic and international tourism development for Italian cities, regions and hospitality companies seeking an increase in visitor numbers from both domestic and international markets. Additionally, the consolidation of such communication expertise under one group is expected to provide significant market access and network advantages for international entities seeking to market and promote themselves directly to the Italian travel industry and general consumers.

Says Michael Gaebler, Chairman & CEO AVIAREPS Group: “Our decision to further invest and expand our commitment to the Italian tourism industry with the creation of AVIAREPS Adam Communications reflects our great faith, confidence and expectations in the future development of the Italian inbound, outbound and domestic tourism markets. Through this action we have expanded the number of market specialists and competencies within our operations to fully benefit and provide greater value for Italian tourism authorities, airlines, airports, trade promotion organisations, retail brands, hotels and resorts to easily access a fully integrated global network that speaks their own industry and local language, as well as fully understanding their needs, aspirations and challenges. Similarly, our global network of clients will now have an expanded specialist team on the ground to provide greater access to Italy’s local tourism and travel trade professionals, media and consumers than ever before, as well as provide opportunities for new entities to confidently invest into Italy’s outbound travel industry. Its a case of further realising our corporate mantra of ‘bringing the world to people, and people to the world’.”

Having succesfully established itself at home in Italy since 1999, AVIAREPS’ international network of offices currently numbers 46, covering 39 countries and spans all continents. The creation of AVIAREPS Adam Communications will provide Italian entities greater access and local customer care and support to access the AVIAREPS global network, which is dedicated to the expansion, deepening and development of tourism and trade markets.

Says Vittoria Chiappero, founder and CEO of the former Adam Integrated Communications: “The decision to join the AVIAREPS Group through the creation of AVIAREPS Adam Communications represents an important milestone as we confidently forge into the 3.0 era. The aim of AVIAREPS Adam Communications is to strengthen our communication and service offerings, develop new business formats, invest in research, and provide state-of-the-art solutions for our clients by connecting our partners to a vast international network while providing Italian tourism entities with a wide range of business development opportunities as never before.”

Vittoria Chiappero is appointed Business Development Director of the newly appointed AVIAREPS Adam Communications.

AVIAREPS Adam Communications will work in concert with the AVIAREPS Milan office management, which will continue to operate in its current function. Giulio Santoro will retain his role as AVIAREPS General Manager Italy in addition to being appointed Managing Director of AVIAREPS Adam Communications. Matteo Prato is appointed Tourism Director of the new entity.
