Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain has sponsored the participation of a student from the University of the Arts London in an exhibition being held in the British capital in association with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in London and Bahrain’s Cultural Office. Artist Mr Salman Najem’s paintings, flown priority from Bahrain to London through Falcon Cargo, the airline’s cargo operations, will be showcased among a collection of modern art pieces by Bahraini art students studying in the UK. The exhibition, aimed at promoting Bahraini talent is being held in Bahrain’s Cultural Office throughout the months of May and June.

Gulf Air’s Acting Chief Executive Office Mr Maher Salman Al Musallam said, “As Bahrain’s national carrier, we are committed to supporting home-grown talent and providing them with opportunities to reach a wider audience. We hope our backing will encourage and help Salman realise his aspirations.”

The collaboration between the Cultural Office in London and Gulf Air is one of the airline’s continued endeavors in supporting the Kingdom of Bahrain’s embassies around the world.
