120 travel agents from the Middle East’s GCC arrive in the United Arab Emirates next week to learn more about some of Australia’s accommodation providers, service and experience suppliers and airlines.
Organised by Tourism & Events Queensland, global travel distributor GTA is the only online wholesaler participating in roadshows in Abu Dhabi (20 January) and Dubai (22 January). Together, the two companies have launched a four-page flyer with a series of special offers for Middle Eastern travellers.
During the roadshows, travel agents will receive a series of presentations to increase their familiarity with ‘Australia’s playground’ and the kinds of accommodation available, the experiences to enjoy, and practical information about how to get visas and flight connections. Destinations include Cairns, Brisbane, the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, and the Whitsundays.
