The new Rib Room restaurant at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has launched a Friday Brunch adding a new dimension to the brunch scene at the luxury Ottoman inspired resort on Palm Jumeirah.

Prices for the à la carte Friday brunch, start from AED 350 per person and diners are offered a sophisticated British dining concept with three different options.

Diners can choose from the ‘Best of the Rib Room tasting menu,’ which comprises six courses and highlights the best of the British Isles dishes. The ‘Rib Room Sharing Menu,’ offers a five course signature dish menu designed to be shared between two or four diners and the ‘Choose your Own’ option includes classic à la carte dishes.

Items on the brunch menu include succulent John Stone smoked short ribs, a Rib Room signature cut selection, pan seared seabass, the ‘Best of British’ cheese trolley, steak tartar and sticky toffee pudding.

A live band will provide upbeat jazz and swing music with beverage stations that will change on a weekly basis. As the brunch concludes, guests can enjoy ‘Swinging Sundowners’ on the restaurant’s al fresco terrace offering special beverage offerings until the early evening.

The new brunch is available from 13 March, every Friday 12.30pm – 3.30pm followed by ‘swinging’ sundowners on the terrace from 4pm – 6pm.
