Petr, a Czech national, has gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry since starting his career nearly 10 years ago. Petr began his career in 2008 with The Rezidor Hotel Group as Bar Manager and in a later stage as Restaurant manager at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin, Ireland. He has since gained experience during pre-opening of two Radisson Blu Hotels, in Poland and Nigeria. The interest of opening of new hotels has shifted Petr to Batumi, Georgia as Food & Beverage Manager, to become a core team member of pre-opening team of Radisson Blu Hotel Batumi. Two years later, Petr has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at The Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel Tbilisi, Georgia.
His most recent position was Director of Food & Drink at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa. Petr will remain in charge of Food & Drink in addition to his responsibilities as Executive Assistant Manager.
