Within its tranquil courtyard at the heart of Istanbul’s Old Town, Seasons Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet continues to present dishes emphasising the original rich flavours of Turkey.

From April 5 through 15, 2018, Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet will host guest chef Evren Deniz, from İksirli Çiftlik (Farm) and present a special set menu of Kastamonu cuisine. Visitors to Seasons Restaurant will enjoy a journey to Anatolia via traditional dishes of Kastamonu at the heart of Hotel’s well manicured courtyard.

Since its opening in 1996, Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet is known for its passion for promoting Turkey’s regional cuisines and continuous support to local producers. Together with Hotel’s culinary team, guest chef Evren Deniz from İksirli Çiftlik, which is one of the most renowned local producers of the region, will offer a rich menu including soup trio featuring chestnut soup with milk, hot appetisers such as müsellim stuffed leaves with minced meat and yoghurt followed by two main courses: tirit kebab and banduma oven roasted chicken with filo pastry. Üryan tırtıl baklava filo stuffed with thin skinned plum puree with vanilla ice cream is one of the must-eat items on the menu. İksirli Çiftlik’s farm products, home made sauces and marmalades will be available for sale during the promotion as well.
