This Ramadan, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh will be offering an extensive selection of culinary experiences, embracing the Holy Month and celebrating this special time of the year with family and friends. Iftar and Suhour will be provided daily throughout different dining outlets and the Hotel’s renowned Ramadan Tent at Kingdom Ballroom.
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is known for its lavishly decorated Ramadan Tent. This year, the Ramadan Tent will be a bigger and brighter affair featuring a new colour scheme and modern Arabesque-inspired decoration designed by BelleGate.
At the Ramadan Tent guests can enjoy the generous buffet and dedicated live cooking stations catering to all their cravings. The buffet includes traditional Iftar dishes and global specialities including a variety of cold and hot mezze offerings, an extensive sushi station, an enticing salad bar, an authentic homemade pasta station, a juice bar and many more. A highlights of this special Ramadan buffet is the Saudi corner, presenting the most delicious Saudi delicacies specially curated by Saudi Chefs Anas Al Sulaiyym, Rakan Aloraifi, and Waleed Obaid. Executive Chef Ahmed Fawzy has also invested his outstanding skills and gastronomic experience to ensure every dish is a haven of taste, and Iftar is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all guests will have the opportunity to win one of the daily valuable prizes presented during the raffle draw.
A special kids corner will also cater to the young ones, providing them with an array of exciting activities, where they will have the opportunity to play in a creative atmosphere and enjoy their dedicated kids buffet.
Another addition to the Tent this year is a designated teens’ majlis area, which is an outdoor space adorned in beautiful Ramadan lanterns and a traditional Saudi tent for guests to enjoy tea and coffee after Iftar and socialise with their friends and family. The teens area will also provide a selection of entertaining games such as mini golf and archery in addition to a wide selection of traditional Saudi board and card games such as Carrom and Baloot.
For corporate groups looking to mark this occasion in a more exclusive setting, the catering team is happy to arrange a private Iftar at one of the Hotel’s other ballrooms. This allows for a more personalised, intimate function catering to different needs, yet maintaining the same essence of Arabic hospitality paired with renowned Four Seasons service. Culinary offerings of private Iftars are also customisable; every Ramadan buffet is tailored to the specific preferences of the host.
Beyond the beautiful transformation of the Hotel’s Ramadan Tent, Executive Chef Ahmed Fawzy will introduce a unique Iftar concept, where he will he will tailor an extraordinary Iftar feast for his guests of honour at the Chef’s Table. Through this experience guests can expect exclusive culinary service that will personalise and customise their Iftar experience. A guest of the Chef’s Table will enjoy a number of added value services including – but not limited to – a designated express check-in to the Ramadan Tent, a chic and enhanced table set-up, butler service, a variety of delectable hot and cold mezze on seating, and a daily “Chef Recommends” dish served to the table, and much more.
